2simple2animate

One of the tasks we had to do in class was to create a simple animation using a programme called 2simple2animate. We were given the challenge to create an animation similar to the ones used on the television programme catchphrase, so that the class can try and guess what your animation is. The programme has a really simple layout and was easy to use, although it did take me a few attempts to create my animation. There is a simple version and an advanced version. The programme contains a tool box which is similar to the one found in paint, which is an application that allows you to create drawings, on most computers. On 2simple2animate there was various blank slides so you could create your animation, make it move and then play it back.
I think this is a very fun piece of software and will be very exciting for children to use in schools. It will expand their I.T skills and allow them to be creative and channel their ideas in a different way.

To enable me to post my animation on my blog, I had to use a website called http://tinypic.com/  Its a free image hosting website which converted my animation into a format supported by blogger. My animation is saved on a seperate blog post below.
